HOW TO JOIN:

1. The Durex Condom Tester promo is open to all married Filipinos living in the Philippines, 21-35 yrs old.

2. A total of 500 Condom testers will be chosen. Applicants who wish to be an official Durex Condom Tester will have to go www.durexcondomtester.com.ph and fill out a screener form. Enter your details and answer the questions in the Condom Tester Registration Form. You also have to agree that agree that the organizers can have your name published in advertising materials should you be selected as an Official Durex Condom Tester, or as the grand winner of PhP 50,000.

3. Chosen applicants will be informed via email and landline telephone, and will be given a special username and password to be able to answer a feedback form.

4. Chosen applicants will be given a tester kit which contains a pack of each of the following Durex variants - Love, Pleasuremax, Performa, Fetherlite, Tingle, Strawberry. Tester Kits will be mailed to the chosen applicants via courier.

5. Testers will be given 4 weeks to try out the products and comment on the product’s quality, after which, the organizers will remind them via email or landline to accomplish the online feedback form at www.durexcondomtester.com.ph by May 10, 2009. They should enter their given passcodes to access the online feedback form.

6. The first twenty-five (25) testers to accomplish the form will be given additional free products from Durex (which will include condoms, lubricants, and the V-ring)

7. One (1) tester to be able accomplish the form and give the best answer to the question "What makes me the best Durex Condom Tester?" will win PhP 50,000 cash, together with free products from Durex.

8. Recruitment and application period will run from January 25 up to February 25,2009. Testing period for the chosen applicants will run from March 30 up to April 24, 2009. Deadline for submission of accomplished online feedback form will be on May 10,2009.

9. Chosen testers and grand prize winner of PhP 50,000 should submit a certified true copy of his/her marriage certificate upon claiming his/her prize, along with two (2) valid IDs (SSS or GSIS ID, Driver’s License, Passport, TIN Card, Firearms license, PRC, NBI Clearance, Company ID, IBP ID, School ID).
